As a key leader at Passive Realty Group, Reed has participated in more than $14 billion in real estate transactions, giving him a rare depth of experience across asset classes and market cycles. Since becoming securities licensed in 2008, he has built a national client base spanning over 35 states.
Reed holds multiple securities licenses, including Series 7, 22, 63, 66, and 82, and is also a licensed real estate professional in Colorado, where he continues to maintain an office. He is a multi-year top producer at Great Point Capital and is widely recognized for his expertise in Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investments, offering clients access to a full spectrum of institutional-quality real estate opportunities nationwide.
In addition to advising clients, Reed is an active investor with positions in over a dozen real estate projects, which strengthens his practical understanding of the strategies he recommends.
Originally from Colorado, Reed now resides in Tennessee with his wife and their two young children. His professional focus is centered on the Southern United States.
A former NCAA Division I-AA football player, Reed brings discipline, strategy, and a team-oriented mindset to his work. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golf, travel, and creating meaningful experiences with his family around the world.
